In my experience, the staff has been attentive and helpful . Maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is perfect for some great eateries/drinkeries. With Toyota and the new Cowboys complex, the area is soon to grow even more. The neighborhood is generally safe, but there's a definite sense of suburbia. It's OK for some, but can sometimes get monotonous.

Management does not call back, like ever- you just get the call center and a, “someone from the office will get back with you” (in 5-7 business days!). Maintenance will show up if you’re persistent. You’ll probably notice funny things like your blinds installed backwards, cupboards hanging open, incorrect locks/not changed, paint smeared on wood and floors, broken appliances, etc! I would be nicer about it but they take weeks- months to fix any issue.

From dog poop all over the walk ways, side walks, grass, elevators, overflowing from dog bins to beer cans, trash, literal full trash bags left in the grass next to the buildings. I can’t express enough how awful my experience here was.
